Peace and tranquility await your arrival at Hokulani 533, a spacious and luxurious oceanview studio that provides impressive vistas of the Pacific Ocean and solitude from the prevailing trade winds. This Honua Kai gem features recently upgraded flooring, new enhanced bedding, and fresh custom artwork.
Relax and reconnect in the ample living space, fully appointed for your enjoyment. This outstanding 5th-floor oceanview studio suite can accommodate up to 4 guests in its king-sized bed and queen-sized pullout sofa. The sofa sleeper was upgraded in the fall of 2018 and now features an enlarged sleeping surface, a no-springs frame, and a full 5" of comfy memory foam. The bathroom provides a glass walk-in shower, or perhaps after the sun fades beyond the Pacific, draw a bath in the soaking tub and invite in the last rays of the day.
The glass lanai doors fully open to allow four persons to comfortably enjoy the stunning view. This suite has a southern exposure which equates to more sun and less direct wind, generating the perfect balance for tropical air conditioning. In this suite opulence and comfort are the constant, gracefully interwoven for your happiness and relaxation.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance & utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients. Enjoy your meals on the spacious lanai or dine indoors in the climate controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.

The unit was just as pictured. Host was very responsive to all our questions and easy to communicate with. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean. The resort grounds are immaculately taken care of and the pool and hot tub areas were nearly perfect. Beach is just a few more steps away than the pool with Dukes restaurant in between. So convenient!Thank you for a great stay. Micah and Lala

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was wonderful. The view of the lanai right when you walked in was breathtaking. The size of the suite was perfect for 2 people. The unit had what we needed for our stay from everything in the kitchen, bbq stuff and bathroom and laundry supplies. The beach chairs and coolers were a nice touch. The whole property itself is beautiful. The check in process was so easy. We loved being so close to the beach and the pool area was really nice. The Kaanapali area had so much to do. We can’t wait to hopefully come back in the future.

We have stayed at Honua Kai on previous trips and have always loved the property. Unfortunately, this latest trip wasn’t quite as good. It was during spring break where two of the pools were overwhelmed with children, so we elected to use the adult pool. The problem is that the adult pool was cold because the heater was broken. We brought it to the attention of Maui Rentals on numerous occasions, but they had no sense of urgency to get it resolved. We were told by one of the girls there that it wasn’t their responsibility and that we would have to contact the property directly
Although Maui Rentals did make a few attempts to get it fixed by calling the property, they never followed back up and just seemed like they really didn’t care.
We stayed there for 18 days, and of those 18 days 14 days the pool was cold. I expected more from the company we rented from but instead my husband had to go directly to the engineering team at the property to get it resolved. Once he talked to the head of engineering they came out immediately and fix the issue.
If we decide to stay at this property again, we will choose a different rental company.
