About this house rental
Welcome to our little hideaway Hale O Lana'i, where you and your guest can enjoy a comfortably furnished tropical getaway. There are two bedrooms, 1 comfortable queen bed and a set of soft twins beds. There is one full bath and an outdoor shower for an after beach rinse. You can swim at the popular Manele Bay and hike the guava forests, play tennis, golf, badminton or swim at the heated local pool. With shops, restaurants and the local movie theatre just a short walk away.

House Rules:
a. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Hawaii time, during which time, the noise from Hale O Lanai shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet house shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
b. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of Hale O Lanai is prohibited.
c. vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street.
d. no parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
e. the maximum occupancy shall be no more than two (2) guests per bedroom, including children over the age of two (2) years old.

We’ve been using the house since 2019 for outdoor activities and it’s been as comfortable as it was 6 years ago. I’ve been lucky to get the place on my particular dates so never had to use another rental. Inside is clean and spacious for my family of 3. Erin does a great job of keeping it clean and is responsive to my questions. This house is my first choice. Thanks
