About this house rental

Our beach house was built in 2011 and is located on the 3rd row of a double lot. We have a great view of the beach which is accessible by foot or vehicle. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a great room and kitchen/dining as well as an outdoor bar. At each end of the house is a master bedroom with two additional bedrooms in the middle that share a jack n jill bath. The masters both have a queen size bed, while the middle rooms are equipped with custom made bunk beds (which has a much more spacious headroom than the typical bunk). One room contains 2 twin bunks and the other has a full on bottom and twin on top bunk.

We rent to families only - we are excited to share our beach home with other families that will appreciate and respect like we do.

Amenities include: A spacious deck with both covered areas as well as sun areas, fully equipped kitchen, Satelite TV, Free WiFi, gas grill and bed linens are provided; but you will need to bring your own towels.

About this house rental

Beautiful water views from almost every room! The beach is a very short walk from this lovely, well-appointed home. The neighbors are not too close so you don't feel crowded or that you have no privacy. The owner was responsive and very pleasant during the booking and arrival processes. We stayed Thanksgiving Week 2024 so the beach house had probably been closed for the season so there was a little dust but nothing of importance. A set of double doors leading to the deck didn’t open but there were 3 other options for accessing the large deck. The bathrooms were clean and fresh bed linens were provided. The kitchen was spacious, had nice appliances (loved the double ovens) and there was plenty dishware and flatware for serving Thanksgiving dinner to a large family. There is a cargo lift that made getting provisions up from the lower level parking deck much easier than taking the stairs. YAY!!! Great property with everything you need.

We planned our vacation right before the hurricane was going to hit... our bad luck.. BUT Kathleen went above and beyond!! She was very understanding and was very patient with me and my family, as we were very nervous about the whole situation. My family and I will rent from her any time we go back to Crystal Beach!

The home was everything we could have expected and MORE! The pictures did not do the property justice. Its just beautiful! The owners were great! They called to check in on us after check in and were very quick to respond when we had questions or needed anything. The entire peninsula lost power for about 9 hours one night and Kathleen made sure to keep us updated and had flashlights available for us to use! Rooms were well spaced out and plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Every year our family goes to Crystal Beach for a family getaway. This is our second time to stay at this property and tried to get it another time but it was booked. We love the layout and views of the ocean. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The owners are excellent to work with and we highly recommend staying here. We will be back for a third time to this property if it’s available. It’s been our favorite place to stay in the five years we’ve vacationed at Crystal Beach.

We’d honestly like to keep this home a secret! It was so perfect for our 6th annual Girlcation! There were 8 of us and there was MORE than enough room. Close to the quiet end of the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped for our amateur chefs. Porch was great for relaxing as was the open concept living area. Just perfect. Not one complaint from us!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for families! We took both sets of grandparents, kids and siblings and the floor plan was amazing! There is plenty of room in the main area for everyone to hang out while cooking and eating. The rooms are separated enough that you get a little privacy when needed. The location was amazing for the beach! We set up camp and could see it from the windows all day. Easy access to walk or take a short golf cart ride to the beach. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for cooking our meals. I would recommend staying here 10/10!! The one thing I would recommend is a TON of bug spray, the mosquitoes were no joke!!!

I booked this beach house at the last minute. This trip was unplanned but the beach house is HUGE and BEAUTIFUL! It was very clean as well. The owner was very polite and answered all my questions when I got there. The beds were comfortable. The house has everything a woman wants and needs in the kitchen. I loved the ocean views and the fact that the beach is in walking distance💜 If you're debating on renting this house, just rent it. The title says it all. Our family vacation included 6 adults and 5 children (from 2 to 6 years old). The house and the owners made the stay more than perfect for us! We loved staying in this house. The layout of the property was well thought out, with plenty of privacy along the long hallway at the back of the house. Lots of room for our large family gathering, with a great, well-equipped kitchen, huge dining table, and ample space in the living area. The outside deck around three sides of the house gave great views and plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the gulf breezes, with the outdoor bar, tables, and lounge chairs. Plenty of seating for our whole family. Each master bedroom has access to the deck. Aside from the wonderful property, the owners were amazing! During our stay, there was a planned power outage on the peninsula that lasted longer than expected (no fault of the owners). Kathleen gave us plenty of notice, so we planned accordingly. Communication was great throughout the week, and they certainly made us feel at home, and, I feel as though they treated us like family. They were more than generous in helping us get through the power outage! The beach access was perfect for us, with a short walk to a relatively uncrowded area of the beach, with plenty of space to let the kids play in the sand and water. All-in-all, even with the small inconvenience of a power outage (in June with no AC for a day), we will have great memories of our trip...the great property and wonderful hosts played a huge part in this! My only regret is that we can't go back immediately for another week.

Wonderful beach house

This was a terrific beach house for our family vacation week. The layout was great with a lot of common space, multiple porch areas, and private suites at either end of the house. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. We had all adults and didn't fully utilize the two middle bunk rooms, but kids would just love them. The views and breeze made the porches a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend this beach house. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Large groups should take plasticware as you might run out of flatware. They had a drip coffeemaker, but I did regret leaving our Keurig at home. The beach house is elevated about 20 ft, so the stairs could be challenging for some. The house does have a chain fall type cargo lift available. The walk from the house to the beach was about 300 yards, but mobility impaired might prefer to drive and there is driving beach access right in front of the house. You can take cars on the beach with a permit available from local shops. Some comments on the area (as opposed to the house). Crystal beach was a very nice community. There were several good restaurants and a combo grocery/hardware store. You can drive cars or golf carts on the beach. We rented a golf cart which everyone enjoyed. The rental places will drop off the cart and pick it back up.

Fantastic house with plenty of room for my husband and I and our 4 teen boys. Felt like home away from home but with amazing view of the ocean, clean beach an easy walk from the house, and my technology geeks loved the sound system. I hope we can come again soon but I’m thinking a girls trip lol
