About this house rental
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished single family on a cul de sac, 6 bedroom/4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathroom plus an outdoor shower. There is three bedrooms with a king size bed and en suite bathroom Two bedrooms have two bunk beds in each room with the top bunk being a twin and bottom a double. The last bedroom has a queen bed. The house is comfortable place for sleeping 16 people. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and a gas fireplace . The family room has beautiful views of the pond The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with Viking appliances ,and there gas grill on the deck . Situated a block from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of kayaking and later watch the sunset from the deck overlooking our pond

Spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped (especially the kitchen). Wonderful heated pool and spa on a gorgeous pool deck. More beach and outdoor toys than you can imagine provided in the garage and on the pool deck. House is a little more than a block from the beach but there are caddies for the kayaks and wagons for everything else. A great beach house!

Wonderful home! Great location close to beach, pool was awesome. Owner very responsive. We had 14 of us including 6 kids ages 9-2. All had a great time.

We have just spent a fantastic week at this house. We were three generations ages ranging from 4 to 71, 16 of us in all. The swimming pool was great and used several times a day. Two dishwashers, two dryers, a very well equipped kitchen and a wine fridge made life very easy. We cooked and ate in every night. We used the kayaks to paddle out to Samson Island from the beach, a 5 minute walk away from the house……wonderful. We all loved the games room where our eldest grandson organised daily table tennis tournaments.It was a unanimous agreement among the adults that if anybody has anything negative to say about this house, its contents and the surrounds, they really should go and live in the third world for a few weeks!!If we ever go back to the Cape, I certainly won’t waste my time looking for anywhere else to stay”Debbie [the owner of the house] couldn’t have been more helpful
