The owner of this property went above and beyond in the remodel. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was stunning and the kitchen was unbelievable. Everything and anything you could need in a kitchen was there. The pullout couch was comfortable according to our 12 year old as well. The location to the beach was perfect and so many restaurants in walking distance. Thank you to the owner for making our stay so comfortable!

The cutest little condo! Had everything we needed plus some. My husband, daughter, and I really enjoyed our stay. The only negative would be the bed. It was not comfortable at all.

Our stay at the breakers was lovely. The new renovation was thoughtfully planned and had everything you could want/need in a beach house. It was very clean. Loved the king sized bed and our kids did just fine on the pull out sofa. Could walk to coffee at sweet Al’s every morning and getting to the beach was a breeze as it’s on a very easy to access and short boardwalk just behind the pool. 10/10.

The property was a good size for 3 (1 adult and 2 children). It had the bare minimum and nothing for the beach. There was a dead roach in the bathroom and the property is obviously very old. There were no instructions on how to work the cable tv and I tried to contact the owner via message but I never got a response. Actually the owner never contacted me the entire time and I wasn’t sure where
To check in. There was only one trash bag given to us for a 4 night stay but we made do. The porch was left dirty with crackers and leftover food from the previous guests and the table outside was very dirty. The door to the porch is also cracked. Like I said for what we needed it was fine at best but would stay somewhere different next time. I wish the opener would’ve at least responded to my messages.
