Beautiful beach house located in quiet neighborhood of Peruíbe, close to commerce, with lots of security and privacy.
Very spacious, sleeps up to 25 people.
It has five bedrooms, large and airy (one suite), living room and TV room, four bathrooms.
Land with 600 m² with a beautiful pool of 5m x 7m, with waterfall, hydromassage, LED lighting, deck and shower and a lush garden, kiosk, barbecue, artesian well and ample parking.

O João (proprietário) e o Sr. Antônio (caseiro), sempre muito prestativos e atenciosos. A casa acomoda muito bem, muito espaçosa e limpa! Faltou nada durante a estadia, como louças e afins. Piscina sempre bem cuidada pelo caseiro! Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes, valeu a pena!
