About this house rental
Completely renovated kitchen!!! All new bathrooms added in spring of 2025!! This spacious five bedroom home with a private pool is located less than two blocks to the beach, and is surrounded by magnificent oaks and tropical landscape. With multiple living areas, decks, and porches there is plenty of room for comfort for all! Enjoy the beautiful Charleston evenings with the convenience of a gas grill and a private pool located right in the yard (heating for pool and hot tub NOT available). Other features include a fully equipped kitchen with dual ovens and dishwasher, an ice machine, YouTube TV for cable, smart tv in den downstairs, , sonos stereo sound system, and a large tub in the master bath. 3,242 square feet. Linens included. No smoking. No pets.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Better than home and full of wonderful amenities! Pool was a game changer for us and such a beautiful and relaxing setting. Kitchen beyond belief and accommodated our family perfectly with so many living spaces. Favorite was the from deck. So comfortable.

Spent a week with our family (six people in total) and had a fantastic time. Close to the beach, spacious (sleeps up to 10), two den/entertainment areas (upstairs and downstairs) and a beautifully redone new kitchen area. Two refrigerators (one downstairs and one upstairs) and an ice machine (key for a beach trip). Landscaping and outdoor decking is top notch. Pool provides great relaxation after a day on the beach. Sonos audio system. Working grill, beach games and a couple of bikes provided by owners. Island Realty very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this home for a relaxing and fun vacation spot on Isle of Palms.

Great rental and island. A think you should give more info on what’s included and what isn’t. No laundry soap and little kitchen dishwasher soap. Having to buy gives more than needed and for those flying it’s a waste. But would be nice to know before arriving. But it was a great place. Also lots of leaves on porches and outside furniture. Would have been nice to have a battery leaf blower to clean of. It really needed it daily this time of year.
