About this cottage rental
Overlooking the Harbor, Steps from Downtown and All That St. John's and the East Coast Have to Offer. Queen Beds in 2 Bedroom 2, Doubles in the other 2 ,full Kitchens With Dishwasher, Microwave, New Appliances, Laundry, 2, 3 Piece Bathrooms, Parking, WiFi and Television. Ocean, Cliff Side and City Views from Many of the Rooms and deck. Beautiful Place to Stay While Exploring the City, Surrounding Outposts, Coves, Cliffs. Hiking Trails and Sea Adventures or as a Base to Stretch Out and See the Island. PLEASE NOT THAT CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS AT 10 AM. THANKS.

Our host was very responsive and kind! The accommodation was spectacular. Amazing view. The only challenge was the parking.

The cottage was a perfect place to stay with our 2 families while we ventured around Newfoundland! Walkable distance to downtown St Johns a close to the airport.

Positives-Property was well located. Easy walk to downtown. House was nicely set up.
Top floor had lovely sun room and deck overlooking the harbour.
Negatives- There are quite a few stairs to the bedrooms. Only one upstairs bathroom to be shared by four bedrooms. Water pressure in downstairs bathroom,off kitchen, is poor making the shower useless. Parking area is small and your vehicle is sticking out into the roadway. And there’s only room for one car.
The cottage is old. The floors are uneven and the doors to the upstairs rooms don’t close well.
And the beds are terrible. Hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows are poor quality.
A VRBO must have good beds. This one did not, which is unfortunate because the cottage was charming. It would have received a higher rating if not for those beds.
