A 3-night minimum with flexible check-in. A $ 79.00 insurance security deposit along with a $ 165.00 cleaning fee will also be due at time of booking. Extra fees may apply. Renter is responsible for all damage, extra cleaning and complying will ALL VRBO damage policies.

PARKING - Property comes with one dedicated parking spot. Overflow parking near by for one car only.
Must be at least 30 years old to book. The person making the reservation must be staying at the rental. Photo ID is required prior to check in. No exceptions. No events, parties or large gatherings - NO Motorcycles, boats, golf carts RVs and pull-behind trailers are prohibited. One parking spot is available, overflow parking may be possible nearby- Additional fees and taxes may apply. Any rental in violation of terms and conditions will be terminated immediately and will result in removal from property forthwith, no acceptations. Any damage is the sole responsibility of renter. Owner reserves the right to not honor reservations.

HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Governor issues a mandatory evacuation, guests will receive a full refund.
If there is not an evacuation, guests can reallocate the advanced deposit to be used as the deposit toward different stay dates within 1 year of the original reservation.
