About this apartment rental
Makani Sands #104 is a one Bedroom right on the ground floor where you can walk right out to grass and beach. There is a lanai off the living room that opens the ocean side. The lanai has a table and chairs so you can sit outside and sip your morning coffee, or watch the sunset. The bedroom is on the mountain side with a king bed and a TV. There is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest. There is a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The living room on the ocean side has a TV, DVD & CD player for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Come and stay in Makani Sands condo #104, your home away from home on Maui. We are located just north of Lahaina. Other amenities include a grilling station where you can barbecue your favorite meat or fresh island fish on our waterside gas grills. This comfortable unit has cozy carpet in the living room and bedroom areas. You are also located right next to the heated pool for an afternoon swim.

The unit was nice and the proximity to the beach makes it even nicer. We enjoyed several beautiful sunsets while having dinner right on the lanai. The unit was well stocked and we had everything we needed right there. It was in a great location near restaurants, shopping, and a cute beach park. The only thing is we didn’t realize until we checked in is that there was no AC in the unit, which is ended up not being a huge deal because you get a nice breeze from the ocean as long as you leave the door and the windows in the bedroom open. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great, the room was clean and all the amenities was awesome. In the bedroom there was a curtain/screen missing over window. Definitely would stay here again. Staff was great(friendly and helpful).

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Makani Sands. The condo was equipped with everything (beach chairs, small ice chest, snorkel gear, washer/dryer, coffee maker, ice, wine bottle opener) we needed during our stay in Maui. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots/pans and an outdoor BBQ. It allowed us to cook dinner and enjoy the amazing sunsets.
