Mary Kay was responsive and the apartment was safe, clean, and comfortable. Easy 1 mile walk to BART or easy bus rude to BART. lovely shoos and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in Mary Kay's apartment. Easy access to UC, short 10min walk from BART, and to the Elmwood neighborhood which is a great walking and eating area.

Wonderful location and floor plan. Bed was comfortable. The place was superficially clean. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, and silverware were all kind of gross. Admittedly I have a bit OCD. The home was stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 trash bag for a week. There was no sponge provided to do dishes except old used ones. The coffee pot lid was filled with some old fluid. The renter above is heard 24/7 not that they were loud or disrespectful, just the floor is thin. Parking can be tricky. It is plentiful but you will need to go to the city and purchase daily visitor parking passes for the days you will be parking. Plus the signs must be paid attention to as there is a lot of verbiage and you can’t always park even with a pass. $49 ticket cost for parking on a street sweeping day (different day for each side of street).
Neighborhood seemed very safe. Many things within walking distance.
