Unit was great. Our only issue was the fact the bedroom carpets were worn and stained. Beach view was amazing as well as the heated pool. We have already reserved the unit for next fall. Hopefully the carpet issues can be remedied by then.

The building was built in 2017, so it's new, clean, and incredibly nice. You literally walk down some wooden steps to the beach, the pool is great, the workout facility is great, and there is a pool table in the club room in case it's a rainy day.
It's definitely on the quiet side of the island (Perdido rather than Orange Beach) so it's 20 mins to any decent restaurants -just know that going in.
The prop management company was outstanding about responding to emails, texts, and calls. Really top notch.
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat but might want to see if some of the fees could be discussed. $295 to clean, when we had to empty the garbage, run the dishwasher, etc? The place isn't that big! :)

We loved every single detail in and around this property. We had plenty of room for our entire family and everyone had a great time. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

Great view, beautifully decorated and clean. Very high end furnishings and appliances. It is home away from home. My only recommendation is to add draperies to the back king bedroom and at least one more TV to another one of the bedrooms. Even with my recommendations I cant wait to come back and stay again.
