Приємна власниця, дозволила заїхати раніше і виїхати трохи пізніше. Хороша локація біля Соборної [пішохідної вулиці], кількість запасу технічної води і свічка, враховуючи обставини в Миколаєві — для мене про турботу
Проте квартира набагато гірше від заявлених фото: обшарпані шпалери, неприємний запах, зламана дверка в душі [та і взагалі він в жахливому стані], потріскана раковина у ванній, давно не нова постіль [хоч і чиста]. Як на мене, ціна не відповідає якості, бо я за ті ж гроші знімаю комфортне житло в Києві на Осокорках.
