Later, enjoy cocktails at the fire pit or relax in the spa. The pool area has everything you need, including Shade Umbrellas, 4 Chaise Lounge Chairs, pool rafts, and toys. Mix it up with a ping-pong challenge in the newly remodeled air-conditioned/heated game room/garage featuring a 70" TV, ping-pong table, dart board and sofa with built in recliners.
Inside, enjoy everything this home with a mid-century modern flair has to offer – from the brand-new kitchen and generous open-concept living/dining room to all the entertainment options.
Entertainment options include Netflix, Pandora, cable, DVD/CD player, 48'' high definition television with Soundbar/Bluetooth, and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet.
The brand new kitchen has a four burner gas cooktop and all the essentials you need – Microwave, Dish Washer, Refrigerator/Freezer (with Ice Maker and Filtered Water), Blender, Keurig Coffee Maker, and Toaster Oven. This stay was every bit the rejuvenating getaway I was hoping for! The backyard, including the majestic Flamingo Guardian, were incredibly impressive. The game room was a blast too - if we weren't in the pool admiring the view, we were setting records on the vintage-inspired arcade.For transparency, I will say that the uniquely Palm Springs required ordinances can be a bit alarming, but Kelly and Tom were great communicators, and made the paperwork very straightforward. Special props to the manager, Jessica, who was super amazing - she accommodated our evening walk-through/check-in when we experienced travel delays and made us feel at home! Overall, I highly recommend cancelling any town excursions you may have planned, because this property is a thoughtfully arranged oasis where you'll want for nothing but more time here. Thank you!

Super clean, well stocked and in a nice neighborhood. Communication was easy, with both the owners and the property manager. We had a lot of fun in the garage/game room…who knew space invaders could be so infuriating. I’d definitely stay at this property again.
