We had a wonderful stay at Mark and Wendy’s home! Everything was clean and comfortable. The flowing creek in the backyard was a beautiful setting to relax for our entire family and the game room made for many fun nights. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Our group of 4 just completed a great 5 night stay at this exceptional property. Where most reviews I read prior to booking were visiting Bozeman for skiing, we were there for a 3-day fly fishing trip. The home could not have set up any better for our group, and I would think for any group. The communication with Mark (owner) was ALWAYS immediate. The home was spotless upon arrival. I am the cook of the group and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want or need to cook meals if that is a priority for you. The layout is open & exceptional with so much room to spread out. The rear back deck overlooking the creek is just perfect! The home even has a Traeger Grill which I had never used before. I used it twice and it was great! We set up the chairs by the creek that runs behind the house and enjoyed an evening happy hour as the sun was going down.....what a special feature of this property. You are less than 10mins to downtown Bozeman. I can clearly understand why some would use this property for a home base for National Park trips or skiing....it is just perfect! We even saw deer every day at or across the street from the home. I would strongly recommend staying here and I look forward to our next trip back to Bozeman and I will certainly stay at Mark's beautiful property again.

Everything was fabulous. The property was beautiful. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The property was peaceful Nd the swing and hot tub was a nice added feature after a long day of exploring and hiking. Will definitely recommend and hope to come come. Owners were attentive and responsive. Thank you again for a great stay!

We felt like we were in the wilderness. The house was warm and cozy and the sound of the river flowing outside made the stay extra special. We would definitely go back
