A modern and fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment in a prime location in St Julian's just a 2 minute walk from Spinola Bay. This comfortable holiday apartment is perfect for families or couples alike and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Stroll along the most sought after St Julian's prmonede or enjoy a fantastic meal at some of the best restaurants on the island. Feel like taking a swim in the sea? A designated swimming area which spans over 100 meters is located within a 5 min walk and for those who prefer a swimming pool, there are two beach clubs within walking distance of the apartment.
Upon entering, this beautiful property reveals a typical Mediterranean open plan living space with lots of natural light coming in from the front balcony door. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and a cooking hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave as well as all cooking utensils and crockery. The living area comes with two comfy sofas and a Flatscreen TV with Cable connection. The sleeping quarters consists of a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and two other bedrooms each with two single beds and two bathrooms.

Leiligheten var sentral, kort avstand til bussholdeplass, restauranter, supermarket. Stor nok for 6 personer og kommunikasjon med eieren var lett.

Celebrated 42nd Birthday with friends and the apartment was in a perfect centralized area! Short walk to bus stop, tons of restaurants! Was there in April not a lot of tourist so noise was ok, Friday night was alot of street noise and neighbors having a good time. Typical Friday night! We set up the transportation service via apartment prior to arriving and his name was Edward and highly recommend, it was so easy and worry free! Had a great time touring the Island.
