Ariel Dunes #2107 2BR/2BA - Gorgeous Gulf Views

I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again. It was great for our family of 4 (kids shared the guest bed). We found the place clean, exactly as described in the listing, and with everything we needed for a comfortable 3 day, 4 night stay.Big plusses: proximity to the beach (easy 5 minute walk), access to the resort pool, ample items to cook and make coffee, comfortable beds and linens, and plenty of storage and room in the bedrooms. The many lamps were nice touch for playing games and winding down at night. Check in, communication, and instructions were thorough and easy. The location is great for popping out to restaurants on 98 or getting over to 30A for an afternoon.Biggest complement is the view from the large balcony with nice furniture. You can't beat a morning cup of coffee or evening drink watching the waves.Overall, we found everything to be just as described in the listing. This feels like a home the owners enjoy and decide to share when they're not there, not just a place to fill with cheap accommodations and rent out all year.

Property was very clean and tidy. Enjoyed the stay and the location was great.

Love the property and closeness to the beach. Condo had plenty room and was well decorated. Only real negative I have is the bed was too hard for us and pillows flat. Did not use dishwasher because it looked like the seal was broke and was afraid it might leak. There was also some mold in the shower but overall enjoyed the condo. View was beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay, this condo and the entire property. The condo was nice, very clean and had great amenities. The check-in process was great, just head straight to the condo, no need to stop anywhere for keys. The condo has a keypad and the code is sent via email. We really enjoyed the balcony, it's very spacious and has great views. We were out there at all hours of the day and the sun was never directly on us which was nice. The balcony furniture is also very nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the master has a king bed (I think the listing says it's a queen). The couch is a little worn and the cushions didn't really stay put when you sat down, but that is my only complaint (and not a huge deal since we spent most of our time on the balcony when at the condo). We had 3 adults and a baby and had plenty of room. For as large of a building as it is, the 2 pools were never crowded and the elevators were usually pretty quick even being on the 21st floor. We really enjoyed the pool that has the shallow end for babies. There were very few tables and no umbrellas at the pools (not sure if this is due to Covid 19 or other reasons).The beach on the other hand was very crowded. It was quite a small beach for the number of high rise buildings in the immediate area. We were still able to enjoy ourselves but prefer a less crowded, more relaxed beach vibe. On the plus side, it was an easy, quick walk to the beach. We booked this condo after our family vacation to Pensacola, FL was canceled due to covid 19. We didn't venture out much due to Covid, but seemed to pass all you would expect/need for a beach vacation. We did get our groceries from the Wal-Mart a few miles away, there is also a Publix, Whole Foods and Winn Dixie near by and quite a few beach restaurants. In different circumstances, we would've loved to check some of them out. We did eat out one evening at the Surf Hut. Food was pretty good, but a little over priced in my opinion. They did have tables spread out and outside in open air, with a nice view of the beach.Overall, the condo and location are 5 stars, the beach (while pretty) is 2.5 stars due to the crowds.
