We simply wanted a week to sit on a quiet beach, and that is what we got. Gorgeous sunrises every morning. The unit is located close to the beach access. The heated salt-water pool was nice. The unit itself is small and functional. Be aware that there are plenty of stairs, even for this 2nd floor unit, as access to the first floor also has stairs. There is an elevator, but it appears that to access that from a level spot, you may need to enter at the very far end of the building. Wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others.

This was exactly the beach getaway my wife and I were hoping for. The condo was spotless and comfortable, and being so close to both the pool and beach access made our stay even better. Everything was easy and stress-free. We’ll absolutely look to book this property again when we return to St. Augustine/Crescent Beach.

Room was clean, although a bit spartan. Beds, including the pull-out, were comfortable. Location, view and beach are great and the property well maintained. Only drawbacks were the noise level in the daytime (unit overlooks the pool) and a lack of some amenities (no spices in the cabinet, including salt). But we had a fun stay and would come back.
