Incantevole villa in splendida posizione direttamente sulla baia di Elia! Tutto nuovo con ampio giardino privato, parcheggio e patio immenso. Arredata con stile. Tutto i confort presenti: barbecue all'esterno, cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata ovunque e impianto hi fi per ascoltare la musica anche dal patio. Complimenti ai gestori sempre presenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Un sogno in cui tornerò presto

Non ci sono parole per la bellezza della Villa e del luogo in cui si trova, con una splendida vista sulla baia di Elia con acqua cristallina che dista solo circa 200 metri. Ha un ampio parco con piante e fiori con un patio grande e confortevole. La casa è curata in ogni dettaglio con finiture di lusso e design. Nulla è lasciato al caso. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere tutti i posti più interessanti. Molto gentili e premurosi il proprietario e la fantastica Konstantina, sempre pronta ad ogni nostra richiesta. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo! Torneremo sicuramente!!

The villa was nice, private from the other villas around. The view from the terrace was wonderful. It is quite close to the beach, but on foot it is harder to get and not that safe since you need to use the main road to get there. We also had a nice experience with the host.
The villa is close to the main road, and the access to the villa is not in a good shape. There aren't so many things to do around the villa, you need a car to travel around, also to the nearest supermarket.
