Overall a nice and comfortable short term stay

Small but very well designed comfortable studio, friendly staff, cleanliness

It was not a huge issue, but as the flat is located on top floor it was challenging to carry the luggage upstairs

The apartment is on the 4th floor, the stairs were very tiring... but the view from a window was nice.

Apartment is very clean! There was quiet! There is a sea view from the window. There are all needed things in apartment.

Maybe one suggestion: to do checkout time not so early. And time between checkin and check out has 5 hours difference(and it was a reason of early checkout - 10am). But it is not a reason not to give this property highest rating! 10/10 from our!

It was the best place I have ever stayed in Sopot. Very quiet, couzy, there is everything you can need in the room. My train was afternoon, I was allowed to check out at 12.30, that is always highly important for me. Thanks for everything!

Superb

I like that I found in the kitchen tea, coffee, sugar, salt peppers and all basic products which was nice and very useful and make your stay good.

I am tall 186cm so the sofa bed was a bit too short and could be more comfy. Apart of this everything was ok.

Ostrzegam przed człowiekiem, który tylko patrzy przez pryzmat pieniędzy a nie że ktos ma problem z kolanem i 4 piętrowoś

Niestety godzinę przed zameldowaniem , właściciel anulował moją rezerwację.

Brak profesjonalnego i odpowiedzialnego właściciela obiektu, który w tytule wyraźnie powinien napisać „studio 4pietro , bez windy! O 21 zarezerwowałam obiekt, ponieważ byłam przekonana że musi być winda, napisałam wcześniej do obiektu. Dostałam odp , dopiero po rezerwacji 10 min później , że windy nie ma! Poprosiłam zaraz o anulowanie w związku z chorym kolanem. Pan kręcił nosem ale rzekomo niby dzwonił do bookingu bo to niby oni tylko bezpłatnie mogli odwołać rezerwację. Oczywiście również dzwoniłam, obiecali że w drodze wyjątku powinien anulować , bezpłatnie. Skoro od 21 do 9 rano , nie anulował to pomyślałam że trudno jakoś się przemęczę. Byłam o 13.50 pod obiektem,dzwoniłam nie odbierał wgl moich tel.13,51 dostaje info że jest zajęty a zameldowanie jest od 15,30. I skrócony mój pobyt na 1dobe.Ok , czekam.o godz 14 dostaje anulowanie i zabranie opłaty za ten jeden dzień który właściciel zmienił. Miałam rezerwację 24/27.11 a pan zmienił , skrócił anulował a ja nie miałam gdzie spać. Szukałam innej rezerwacji, booking infolinia się grzała z czerwoności i j aż k zwykle metodą spychologię. Straciłam 156 zł a oni na uciechę zaproponowali 100 zł, żenada . Jakim prawem , obiekt anulował mój pobyt godzinę przed zameldowanie, bez żadnej kary? Mało tego dlaczego ja zostałam obciążona kwota jednej doby i nie mogłam z niej skorzystać? Pod jego domem czekałam do 18 godz, bo z infolini rzekomo do niego dzwonili żebym mogła spać za potrąconą rezerwację . Oczekuję teraz na fakturę za obciążenie mnie nie słuszną płatnością, z pewnością nie popuszczę tego incydentu cwaniactwa i braku kompetencji . Pisałam wcześniej prosząc o fakturę , zanim cała sytuacja miała miejsce!

Było cudownie.

Świetne miejsce! Apartament czysty, zadbany, urządzony ze smakiem – wszystko wygląda jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Lokalizacja idealna – kilka minut spacerem do plaży i molo. Duży plus za to, że obiekt akceptuje małe pieski – mój maltańczyk był zachwycony! Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Na pewno wrócę!

My tu jeszcze wrócimy!😄

Świetna miejscówka. Wszędzie blisko. Studio z oknem, przez które na horyzoncie widać morze. Wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzeba, a nawet więcej. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, a czekolada czekająca na stole - uratowała życie po intensywnym dniu na nogach. Z pewnością wrócimy!
