The apartment is situated as a part of a mixed group of similar properties. I suspect each are let by the owners. This one has been updated and the bathroom and kitchen are new. The bedroom is large and comfortable. The equipment is good quality and we had no issues. The owner or their agent met us on arrival and showed us round and supplied keys. There are cafes and a small, but well stocked, supermarket nearby. Our favourite for breakfast was Secreto Energy.
For us, the location was ideal, it's with a 5 minute walk of members of our family whom we were visiting. It's about 30 minutes walk to the beaches and town centre which may be an issue for some visitors although there are plenty of taxis plus car and cycle hire nearby.
