The Oleander House was built in 1945, when there was not much else on this stretch of beach. It sits on Oleander Drive in the center of Panama City Beach, right on the sand, on the kind of beachfront lot that got claimed long before the high rises went up.
With five bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, two living areas, two full kitchens, washer and dryer, and the open Gulf-front sun room, there is room for everyone. The sun room seats the whole family at one table overlooking the Gulf. The outdoor patio runs more than 60 feet, sits directly on the Gulf of America with nothing blocking the view, and opens straight onto the beach. Adirondack chairs and rockers line the patio, and that open view makes it the perfect spot for family photos. Your family can't go wrong with this slice of Heaven.

There is one word to describe our recent trip, amazing! Chris was wonderful to work with before, during, and after our trip. Check in and check out was super easy. The property was just as described. We had 11 people in our group and had more than ample space for everybody. The location is second to none. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Chris, for an awesome vacation and sharing your house with us!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront house in Panama City Beach! Being directly on the beach was the highlight—we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets from the deck. The house was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach property. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do and just a few steps to the beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation.The owner was extremely responsive, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was quick and helpful, making our stay stress-free from booking through checkout.We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again on a future trip.

Beautiful beach front house, close to attractions, had everything u would need, great contact with owner, only downfall was the freezer leaked water, and coffee pot leaked and one thing we didn't know was that the house apartment was separate from main house but we made it work and had room for everyone and still managed to spend family time together but over all we had a awesome time 😁
