About this apartment rental
This small new apartment building is three stories high and has a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio unit on the first floor, four 1-bedroom apartments on the second and third floor and a large roof top patio which has ocean views.
The building is on the same property as Casa Cúpula which is also listed on VRBO.
The building is in traditional Mexican style with tile floors and smooth stucco walls.
The apartments are fully furnished with everything you will need, including;

For our guests staying more than one week we will provide housekeeping to change out your linens and clean the floors and bathrooms.
There is a large patio which looks out to our pool and gardens. On the other side there is a small balcony off the bedroom which looks out to the dry river bed.
The apartments have a dumbwaiter to transport your luggage, water, food, etc from the ground floor to your apartment floor or to the rooftop patio.
The entry to the yard area is off of the path which parallels the dry river bed.

The property is very well maintained and in an excellent location. The room was large and well laid out. The rooftop has a great view of the bay and sunrises and sunsets. The only issue is dogs barking all night from across the aqueduct in old Bucerias

Loved this beautiful new condo, well equipped and very centrally located. Owners have been terrific, around all the time. Beautiful, private and well secured courtyard. We’ll be back!

We stayed at this rental place for 4 day's and really liked it!! The place is clean , the bed was comfortable!! We didn't cook in the place because we only stayed for 4 day's and there are all kinds of very nice restaurants only 5 minute walk away!! The beach was maybe 8 min walk!!
And you can walk along the beach for miles!!
