New Built - Super Close to Disneyland and Downtown Disney

House was just as pictured. Very clean and everything was labeled wonderfully. Very Kid Friendly. The Pool and hot tub were great. Great location and able to walk to Disneyland Hotel to enter the park. Disneyland Fireworks are visible from the back yard. Katie was always available if we had questions and prompt in her responses. Everything was laid out in a binder for us which was amazing. We had a party of 9 with 5 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to take a family vacation.

This house was a great place for our three families to stay during our trip to Disneyland. It's about a 20 min walk through downtown Disney to get to the front entrance. Plenty of rooms and beds, kitchen supplies with everything, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. We were a little confused about how to get the hot tub hot, but texting for help quickly solved the problem. I think the movie theater room could use some instructions, we never could get a movie going for the kids in that room. Plus there is a screen but no projector. And a big TV. Overall, it's a great location and great size for multiple families.

Very nice house with almost all bedrooms separated from each other. Incredible location for Disney properties. Very attentive management team. Overall great stay with 8 adults and 3 toddlers. When we needed some help with some small issues, they were immediately responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved the layout of this home, it’s large and roomy! The pool was so nice, and stunning when the sun goes down. Loved the jacuzzi and sauna. The owner and the manager were very attentive, and were very quick to respond to our needs. We were not able to enjoy Disneyland because of the pandemic, but this vacation was more geared to the adults this time. Both the children in our party have been to the park more than once, so they made the pool their “fun park”! Thank you Katie and Tim Great Fun!
