Spacious spotless and well located Excellent communication and assistance from Francesca. Perfect for our needs

The host was very responsive. They were on time for check-in. They tried to help when I requested a few things: a second pillow, late check-out, late check-in, the bed was very hard for me, and they bought a topper for us the same day. There was hot water in the shower. The kitchen was functional, big fridge, which was nice because we cooked most of our meals. Location is great, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Clean apartment.

I had a significant issue with the bed's firmness, which is surprising given that none of the 94 reviews mentioned it. The host did make an effort to buy a topper (and that is why I gave her a 9 in my review), but it wasn't working, so we had to purchase one ourselves. But we were lucky because they have a mattress shop right downstairs.

Apartamento com muito boas condições, composto por um hall de entrada, uma sala espaçosa com kitchenette, uma sala de banho com uma cabine de duche ampla e com uma boa pressão de água, e um quarto com dimensão adequada e uma cama grande e confortável. Quer o quarto quer a sala tinham ar condicionado que funcionou sempre muito bem. O alojamento fica a cerca de 15 min. a pé da estação central de comboios, do porto e do centro histórico. Foi fácil comunicar com os anfitriões através do WhatsApp e temos de agradecer-lhes o facto de terem acedido ao nosso pedido de fazer o check in um pouco mais cedo e o check out um pouco mais tarde, o que facilitou a nossa estadia. Aconselhamos este apartamento a quem visita nápoles.

Não tenho nada de muito negativo a assinalar, apenas sugiro que para uma estadia de 7 dias haja uma limpeza do apartamento a meio da estadia e que no roupeiro do quarto existam mais cabides para pendurar, por exemplo, calças, camisas, casacos, etc.

The kitchen was equipped with all we need. the living room was cosy and quite big there is an elevator there is 2 air condition more of all, the owner was great and answer us for everything we need quick as possible

The neighbors outside are smoking so most of the time there is a smoking smell inside the apartment which is really bad when you have a little baby inside. in addition, there is also a bad smell of sewage from the bathroom all daylong so the pipe system really needs to get improve ASAP.
