About this house rental
All the modern conveniences while maintaining the old Floridian charm. Enjoy the charming rockers and swing on the front porch as you listen to the waves of the ocean.The lush green landscape provides a shady retreat in the hot summer days. Close to the beach 150 yards, upon return an outside shower will be waiting.

We had a very peaceful and quiet visit at this lovely, bespoke, Grayton beach home. It was just as described on the website. Our host was always accessible and gracious.The location is an easy, short to walk to the beach, The Red Bar, and to the gallery and shops nearby. The perfect weather, water and sand came together for a beautiful vacation!

We loved staying in this cottage. We walked to restaurants. We used the wagon and chairs and walked 5 minutes to the beach. The cottage is adorable, well stocked, updated and well maintained. The host was available by phone and text, was helpful with all of our inquiries and wanted us to have a good experience. There are lots of books and my favorite spot was the front porch. I hope to visit again.

We liked the spot. The home is a cute little Bungalo. It is decorated well and they provide the necessities to make it feel more like home. That said, it could be better managed.
Our issues:
1. No internet - the router was completely fried and there was no attempt to replace it before out time was out.
2. Significant mold growth in and around the A/C registers. This is something that i didn't make a big deal about because i couldn't change it, but it was bad. There were green and black blooms all over the ceilings around the A/C registers, especially in the bedroom.
3. The driveway was blocked by a debris pile from some apparent work going on. The deck was all cleared of furniture, etc. Again, i didn't make a big deal about it but for the cost of the rental it should have been addressed prior to us showing up.
