We own two adjacent waterfront townhomes in the heart of Horseshoe Bay Resort. We rent them separately, however, we have installed an adjoining door system between our two units. If you have a larger group, rent both of them at the same time creating a 6 bedroom experience with 2 kitchens! Contact me for more information and availability.


Horseshoe Bay Heaven - Port 3

Our beloved waterfront getaway is a three-story townhome with stunning west-facing lake views from all bedrooms and living areas. It is in the heart of the gorgeous community of Horseshoe Bay Resort. There is plenty of space to spread out for a group of up to 8 people. With three covered balconies, a large, open space living room, a dining area that seats 8 along with a bar at the kitchen, there is room for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation.

We have plenty of lake toys for your use:

✅ Life jackets (from infant to XXL)
✅ Basic fishing equipment (the kids love it, it's not for the avid fisher, I'll admit)

Making it a stay-cation/work-cation?

Visiting the area due to a wedding or conference at the Resort? (We are NOT affiliated with the resort and CANNOT offer you access to resort amenities, but if you already have access due to a resort-hosted event, then it's good to know the following.)

✅ Walkable to the resort marina - we are adjacent to it - spectacular boat watching

Three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms:
✅Primary Bedroom: King bed with spacious ensuite bathroom (shower)
✅Guest room 1: Queen bed with adjacent bathroom (shower)
✅Guest room 2: Queen bed with one set of bunk beds. Adjacent bathroom (tub/shower combo)


^^First floor^^: Private QUEEN bedroom with Smart TV, plenty of storage, and water front views from your bedroom. Lots of privacy as the two other bedrooms are on the third floor. Bathroom with shower is directly across the hall. You can walk out to the large covered patio with seating area and dining area.

^^Second floor^^: Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry, Dining Room and 1/2 bath. Wall of windows with amazing views of the lake and the marina. Covered balcony with al fresco dining, and loungers. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress. It is perfect for overflow sleeping or snuggling up for movie watching. We don’t include it in our bed count. While we have a Smart TV, we also have tons of board games and puzzles and plenty of books. Great for ditching screen time and reconnecting!

^^Third floor^^: Primary bedroom with KING Tempurpedic bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and large closet. Door to third floor balcony for stunning lake views and peaceful mornings. Second bedroom with Queen bed and one set of beds. Door to third floor balcony - amazing views! Across the hall is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

~~About the lake~~:This part of the lake is a No Wake Zone and is a quiet cove. It is shallow - plenty deep enough for an inboard or IO boat, but only about 3 feet deep all the way across the cove. We are just past the Horseshoe Bay Resort Marina so we get to watch the boats slowly go out throughout the day and come in during the evening, but there is virtually zero boat traffic in our part of the cove. It is peaceful, the water is calm and it is a GREAT place to kayak, SUP, fish, play water baseball, or just float around on a lilypad.

==About the dock==: The docks are available for your enjoyment and you can moor your boat or personal watercraft overnight. We recommend putting in at the public boat ramp at LBJ Marina (about 5 minutes drive from our location) and storing your trailer there (nominal overnight storage fee) while leaving your boat moored at our docks. Not bringing a boat or PWC? Rent one from the area boat and jetski rental companies.

Children are welcome. The stairs are set up in such a way that you could bring two baby-gates and any crawlers/toddlers would be confined to the main floor.

+++Things to Know+++ The kitchen is well-stocked with a fairly good variety of spices as well as oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper. Feel free to use what you need, just let us know if you use it all up so that we can be prepared for our next visit.

We have linens and towels for the bathrooms as well as lake towels. So no need to fill your suitcase with bulky items. We also have a washer/dryer so you can pack even lighter!

The unit has fast WiFi (we worked, schooled, and ZOOMed here during the pandemic!) and TV can be enjoyed through our Smart TV which has Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and similar apps. We do not currently offer traditional cable.
