The unit (upstairs only) sits on a 0.3 acre lot, perfect to entertain with 1 large deck, and backyard.
This is the ideal home for a family in search of a temporary housing or for a working professional with direct access to Puget Sound Power trail.

By renting this listing (upstairs only). You get: a private entrance along with exclusive use of 1 car driveway, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and upper deck. All bathrooms have a bidet.
The use of the garage, laundry room and yard maybe shared.
Kitchen is fully equipped, flat screen TV with HDTV signal in living room. All utilities included, all linen provided, 2 office desks, washer and dryer (shared), 300 Mbps internet included.
PETS:
We do allow pets subject to host written approval and payment of additional surcharge to be included in your booking fees. There is a minimum surcharge of $150 to take into account for additional wear-and-tear, extra steam clean required to keep the place in pristine condition and as well as to accommodate future guests who may have pet allergies.

What a lovely place! Kitchen was well stocked, the backyard allowed the kids some play time, and a quick walk to a "greenbelt" permitted nice family walks with no near by traffic. Lots of cute bunnies, though! Our hosts were helpful, and quick to answer questions. Lovely back deck for wine in the evenings. A perfect vacation home.

The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It had a nice deck and back yard and The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed for my time there. There is an amazing ice cream shop not far away also. Owners very quick to respond back to my email questions as well. Thank you.

I have rented VRBO homes in Yosemite and in Montana--always with children in mind. This Redmond was the most perfect fit. The deck, flat fence back yard, and toys fit our preschoolers. Additionally the kitchen was stocked with every appliance I could possibly want. It is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I highly recommend it and the hosts.
