About this house rental
After previously owning condos and 2 other channel houses, I fell in love with this home and bought it the day I first saw it. No need to worry about roominess in this house. The cathedral ceilings in all the main living areas give this home such a spacious feel! The open kitchen/living area make watching the 55" flat screen TV a pleasure wherever you are.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, and the other has a queen. There are two full baths upstairs - one being a master bath that is directly off of the master bedroom. The other is located between the other two bedrooms. I also have two (38' width) twin fold-away beds.
Located downstairs is another queen bedroom with its' own separate bath. It has its' own private entrance for that person who might want more quiet time.
The front of the house has a covered porch with lots of seating. The back of the house has a very large deck overlooking the channel - great for sunning! There is also a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double-wide refrigerator, glass top stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, crock pot, and more. High chair located in the laundry room.

We rented the property for our annual family vacation. We have two small dogs so oir choices are limited. Everone really liked this house. Its located at the north end of Cherry Grove, so the location is very quiet. The beach is just a quick walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was welcoming for pets. Kitchen had the utensils we needed. Did not have extra trash bags or dishwashing detergent. Otherwise everything meet our needs.

Our family has stayed in Cherry Grove many times over the years. This home offered lots of space to accommodate our adult children and our fur babies. Loved the location, the water view; the multiple areas to sit and relax outside; proximity to the ocean. As a traveler that utilizes these types of sites, I feel it's important to read and review properties while also letting the host know about things they could improve on. The down falls of this property: It could really use a deep cleaning; address some maintenance issues; the kitchen definitely was spacious enough to cook, but we found it in total disarray and the cookware needs replaced! Lack of outdoor patio furniture, would have been nice to eat outside; downstairs room and laundry room smell musty; and take down the "family photos on display". Overall, Susan was easy to work with and provided a big home with all necessities for our family to make NMB memories. Yes, we would stay there again!

I rented this property for mine and my son’s birthday weekends and couldn’t have picked a better property. Such a gorgeous and clean house on a quiet neighborhood. The host was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely rent again!
