Outside, you’ll appreciate the lovely and spacious terrace where you can relax in your swimming pool, doze on a lounge chair, enjoy a bite on the shaded patio or take a dip in the jacuzzi in the evening as the stars begin to twinkle. An excellent beach is within walking distance away and you’re just a short drive to some of the best activities and dining in Los Cabos!

Los Cabos is a growing resort area and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience.
By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
Extra person fees apply after the 6th guest.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

We loved this house and its location. Just a beautiful clean home in a very exclusive neighborhood. Unbelievable views and nice size pool. House could use a few updates but still very comfortable. I would definitely love to stay here again!

This is a wonderful location. The home is well cared for and we were well cared for. Onsite help was responsive to our needs and issues. They only gave us one key which was a little difficult to manage but we figured it out!

I stayed in Las Brisas for a week and enjoyed the amenities, the privacy, and the oceanview while laying poolside.
The Villa was well-stocked, extremely clean, and had the perfect location for a peaceful Los Cabos experience. A short drive the San Jose and Downtown Cabo San Lucas, but set back in a tropical paradise of the Palmetta gated community. I feel in love with the panoramic ocean view from the living room and waking-up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning. Added perk, my room had an additional coffeemaker and a small fridge.
The Villa is only a 2-minute walk to a swimmable beach with so much privacy, and the has beach plenty of towels to use.
