Situated on a 2 acre private lot, this Villa has an open layout. 5000 square foot floor plan makes it the perfect getaway for large family outings, company retreats or a group of friends getting out of the city.

The second floor has another large 700 sq ft Living space with a large Balcony, a 65” Flat smart TV, a library with a Poker table + other games.
Outside we have a large patio with an 8 burner event grill, a 36’ foot long 9 foot deep (on deep end) pool, available to guests only + several acres of private property.
Pool is available from 2nd week of May - End of October.
Pool propane fuel heating costs are not included in the price of the rental.

We had a large group from NYC visiting. The property was well located, in a nice area, with great outdoor space. The pool table is ideal and everything worked well.

Had such a good time with our friends. Will try to come back in the summer to use the pool. Host was very nice - easy check in. We did nearby hike at the water gap, super pretty.

We went this beautiful house for my mother's 70th birthday. It was lovely, clean, lots of areas to congregate and fully equipped. We had amazing time in the house! Highly recommend this place!

What a perfect house for the 13 adults & kids ages 6-75! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Every night there was dinner on the huge grill!! Every night there were S’mores on the open wood burning fire pit.Our family had a fabulous stay and we couldn’t have been happier!!
