Nothing beats stepping outside your private unit and patio and getting right onto the beach. Imagine you're already on the beach and want to grab drinks or get some extra ice or need to take a quick trip to the bathroom and it is only steps away from the beach. No need for parking and lugging things. If you haven't rented off the beach, maybe it's time you consider it. If you like walking out of your Condo door anytime of the day or night and getting onto the beach, this is the place for you. You are right there in front of the ocean. See the ocean from your kitchen table and patio. This large one bedroom includes KING bed and dual twin day beds. Also enjoy your own private washer and dryer inside the unit. Full eat-in kitchen. Free Wifi, DVD Player and Flat screen TV, Roku streaming TV. There is also a private outdoor shower when you come off the beach. Beach toys, wave board included with Private Parking. This fantastic spot is so close you can hear the waves of the ocean at night. It's also close enough to walk to the center of town to enjoy festivities and restaurants. A perfect place conveniently located just across the small yard to the crosswalk leading to the beach. Walking access to food/drinks. Very good communication with management. Clean. Has everything you need. Just enjoy@
