THIS IS BY FAR OUR FAVORITE VACATION SPOT!
Our modern, newly furnished and non smoking condo is very well maintained. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a huge balcony and sleeps 6 people. STEPS FROM THE BEACH AND POOL, ALL ROOMS HAVE BREATHTAKING SEA OF CORTEZ VIEWS. YOU WILL LOVE stepping onto the wide balcony from the living room and BOTH bedrooms!
Every room has a flat screen TV with Direct TV. There is also FREE Wi-Fi internet and hair dryers. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances has everything you need to cook a meal for eating in. The fish market is just minutes away from the resort! This condo also has a fully equipped laundry room, no need for heavy packing. The extensive patio has enough room for dining or lounging with your favourite book and margarita in hand while you enjoy the amazing view. Our central position provides morning and afternoon shade.
Rental includes maid service, towels as well as wristbands to access all amenities and services this luxury 4 Diamond (AAA) resort provides:

RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE RESORT you can find: Banana boats, jet skis, horse back riding, massage on the beach, and of course fresh mangos! This is the most beautiful, clean, fine sand, warm water beach you will find so close to the border. The people are friendly and helpful, food is delicious, fresh, and inexpensive. We like to eat out and would be happy to recommend some local gems for you. We often make a family trip and have only had great experiences.
Check-in time is at 4pm. If you are early and your condo is not yet ready, reception will issue your wristbands and you are welcome to use all the facilities. They will then text you as soon as the condo is ready.

There will be a 50% deposit required to reserve rental and a $150 refundable deposit at arrival (provided no damages are made to the condo). Rates are subject to change and will be confirmed upon reservation.

Host was quick to respond. Room was beautiful & clean. Loved that both rooms had balcony access. Beautiful beach view. Beds were comfortable but squeaked whenever you moved. The pull out couch bed was comfortable as well. Fridge kept drinks cold. One thing we didn’t like was the check in process as we had to check in at a different location and then drive to Las Palomas. Also, using Casago as a management company we were told you don’t get to use some the amenities such as room service, beach towel service or bellman to help with your luggage. And when our other guests arrived later than we did Casago gave them a hard time and said we needed to be there or they couldn’t check in, even though they were on the list. Which was a big inconvenience as we were on the beach. Thankfully after several minutes on the phone and getting things straightened out, we got them checked in without us having to leave the beach. Overall a great stay and would probably stay here again!

Great views of the ocean. Condo was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Also had gym access and access to the other phases of the resort.

We travel often and we are very familiar with Las Palomas. This was the first time to use the vendor, CasaGo, as the property management company. I think the rental liisting should have disclosed that check in was loacated 15 minutes away from the rental in town and not at the resort front desk. I also would have like to know that we did not have access with our wrist bands to charge food or beverages at the resort. It actually wouldn't have mattered because we sat at the poolside bar for 15 minutes and couldn't get someone to service anyways.The condo itself was nice. The master bedroom remote control doesn't work, the secondary bedroom ceiling fan does not work, and the cleaning company missed cleaning the stickiness off the kitchen counters and there was food left in tupperware in the refrigerator. The secondary bathroom is very tedious to get hot water, the master bathroom is so incredibly hot it almost scalds. Old Plumbing possibly needs to be adjusted. As I'm getting older, it's more difficult to hold the heaviness and the fast closing of the front door as well. It literally knocks me off my feet of how hard it is to open and self close. The light in the master shower was not working, however when I told the housekeeper she sent someone immediately to resolve it.
