The fully equipped gourmet open area kitchen features spacious countertops, where you can create your favorite meals from the comfort of your vacation home. Your full-size washer/dryer is also conveniently located off the kitchen area.
Sleeps 6 comfortably — the Master suite features a King-sized bed and private bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower and double sinks. The Guest Bedroom also has a King-sized bed and has an adjacent oversize bath with a tile shower. Both bedrooms have private entrances to the balcony, and large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. Also there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living area.

1. Front door does not close all the way shut automatically - must close it tight manually. 2. Balcony very dirty - suggest a better mat to reduce black feet into unit

The condo was nice overall but there were a few issues that caused some frustrations. The first issue was getting into the building itself. The keypad on both sides of the elevator lobby from the parking garage don’t work to use the code provided. Additionally, once we got our key fobs they didn’t work to get in from the garage either. We either had to wait for someone to let us in or go around to the front. The floors in our condo unit were not clean. 10 minutes into unpacking and all of our feet were filthy. I tried to reach out to the owner days prior to our visit as one of my guests uses a walker and wanted to find out about handicap accessibility and never got a response. The pool area was nice but offered no shade by lounge chairs and there was no adults only section of the pool. The tiki bar was nice (though expensive, as expected). There are no beach chairs included with the rental property as there are with most condos in the area but were available to rent. The property was nice and looked well maintained. Something to be aware of is that when buying ice from the place near Ruth’s Chris, there was a pending charge on our card for $23.50 for a single bag of ice but did eventually drop off and charge the $4.70 as the machine stated when we purchased the ice. There should be some signage to warn people of this. The beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was new and in good condition so that was a plus. The kitchen had most things we needed except a baking pan
