You can't get much closer to the water than this! Steps to the sand with stunning Siesta Beach views from every room. The Gulf seems to surround you from this gorgeous, completely remodeled 4th floor 2BD 2BA unit. Just a short ride down the elevator and you're on the sand!
The unit also overlooks the heated Beachfront Pool!
"Coastal Chic" can be used to describe the completely remodeled Beachfront unit. Attention to detail is apparent as you enter to find an open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen area with Gulf views all around! The Living area opens to the private, oversized "L" shaped balcony/patio perfect for enjoying the sunsets, and fabulous Siesta Beach views.
The Master bedroom has two Queen beds, a large closet, and opens to the private balcony with Siesta Beach views. The Guest bedroom has two Full size beds and a walk-in closet. Both baths are completely remodeled. Convenient washer and dryer IN unit. The unit has two Flat Screen TV's - a 58" in the living area and a 43" in the master bedroom.
Beach towels and a medium size cooler are provided. The complex provides beach chairs and lounges at the beach. The unit features high speed, fiber-optic Wi-Fi with a dedicated router providing a secure connection. High speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property, with full coverage on the beach and down to the water!
The dedicated parking spot is located directly beside the building providing very easy access. The oversized parking spot easily accommodates vehicles such as large SUV's or Minivans.
The condo has satellite TV with over 200 channels. Enjoy easy access to the beachside grilling pavilion directly beside the building.

Jamaica Royale provides 3 heated, freshwater pools, two beach Tiki Huts, chairs and lounges for the beach, as well as lovely tropical, manicured lawns and grounds. There is friendly and helpful on site property management, full time housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and security staff. The condo has an e-lock system so no need to keep up with keys. A unique code is generated to unlock the door for each guests stay. Enjoy easy check-in from the on-site office located in front of the complex.
It's just one mile from the condo to popular Siesta Key Village where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Everything from Zagat rated restaurants to very casual dining options exist on the Key. Free shuttles run throughout the day and night to Siesta Key Village. It's also just a short drive (15 mins) to mainland Sarasota for world class museums, cultural opportunities and additional dining and shopping areas.

The view from the front walkway was beautiful! Only wish we would have chairs out there, but we also had a great view from the balcony!

We liked the condo we stayed in although a few hiccups which the owner and mgmt handled very well. Its nicely decorated and comfortable. The view was like the pictures. The cleaning was just ok, the rugs and sofa in the unit, along with baseboards, need a deep clean and the floor needs a serious deep clean mop not just a once over vacuum by cleaners. This wasn't the gorgeous sand from the beach. It was dirt on the floor. The windows were also dirty, ones in 2nd bedroom and dining area looked like they hadn't been washed in months. The dishes and silverware are well used, not sure 4 people would find enough if they cook a lot. We did ok. The complex itself is extremely noisy . Our balcony was up from a parking area as are most units in this building. Across our balcony was the back of another property complex where people and workmen park and all the maintenance and garbage events occur. Everything is a hard surface so hammering, sawing, drilling, employees yelling work stuff to each other, slamming doors, noisy maintenance carts, leaf blowers, lawnmowers, one day a sewage truck was doing something noisy for hours, it was nerve wracking. ALL day long. ALL 2 weeks long. The walkway to our unit has a fantastic view of the Gulf but the very large and loud filters by the complex's pool can be heard day and night in the unit and of course those filters louder outside so looking at that view is out of the question for longer than a minute. By 8 am every workday the renos and lawn etc work in one or the other complexes started. The trucks arrived the doors slammed the guys yelled at each other etc etc. Then at 9:01 am there was ongoing hammering sawing and etc in the other complex until 5 pm. In the unit below, a yapping dog, hammering and pounding until 9 pm for 3-4 days (the previous week there was a large and loud group of 8, including 2 kids who talked louder than the "parents"). Yes we walked the beach a lot and hung out in the village and went places. Some days we just wanted to chill with the doorwalls open and listen to the Gulf. No way. The noise pollution ruined our visit.
