About this house rental
This home is in a quiet neighborhood on Ft. Myers Beach. Located mid-island, 1 block from beach access. Two bedrooms, 2 baths, open kitchen, living room with vaulted ceilings and dining area on top level. Kitchen has granite counter-tops, upstairs has tile flooring throughout, paint in cheery beach colors, state of the art light dimming for that special ambiance, walk-in tiled shower, nice furniture, comfortable memory foam mattresses and more.
Our home is located in a great, safe neighborhood for walking. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach trolley stop at Estero Blvd. Cross Estero Blvd. at the pedestrian crosswalk to the beach access point.
Stroll the beach and watch the sunrise or sunset, collect shells (please read the regulations at the beach access entrance).
Take a short drive south to the Santini Plaza area where you will find several beach shops.
We wish to inform potential guests that the pool enclosure, as seen in a few of the pictures on our listing, was destroyed by Hurricane Ian on Sept. 28, 2022. When the enclosure is replaced in the future, it will be similar to the one seen in the pictures in our listing.

We had a great trip - swam in the pool, walked to the beach and shelled. We caught mangrove snapper, lady fish, catfish and snook off the back dock. The owners great and responsive- we will stay here again.

The house was perfect for me and my wife. A short 5 minute walk to beach access. Gary was a great host. Real easy to talk with and not hard to reach out to him to answer any of our questions. Even gave us several good restaurant recommendations. Property had everything we needed. Ready to settle in and enjoy our time.
