OWNER MANAGED - PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO!
We have a 1 bedroom condo that is nicely appointed and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Horseshoe Bay. We have a fully equipped and stocked kitchen so you will have no problem preparing your own meals while you're here. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee out on the balcony (we provide a few k-cups for your stay but feel free to bring your favorites with you). Fully Stocked, Elevator, Private Parking

*Full bathroom includes shower and larger soaker tub ... with mini-amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and lotion) plenty of towels and wash clothes, and hair dryer
*Fully stocked kitchen - dishes, glasses, pots/pans, all utensils, spices, etc., paper towels, soaps, towels, Keurig (some k-cups to get you started)
*Large flat screen TV's (one in living room and one in bedroom)
*Free WiFi
*Free assigned parking for one vehicle
*Unit is located on the 2nd story (stairs and elevator available)
We have a high-end King size bed in the bedroom with resort quality, luxurious bedding and linens. In the living room there is a comfortable couch, as well as, a queen air mattress (resort linens, pillows, and blankets provided). The bathroom has a large tub and shower and is stocked with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including hair dryer.
We have flat-screen televisions mounted in the living room and the bedroom with cable tv provided. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided).
We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener.
Our guests have access to the resort style pool and hot tub ... as well as, gas grills that are located close by near the marina and some of the other condo buildings near by making it easy to cook out while enjoying your stay. BBQ tools are located in the condo.
Horseshoe Bay itself is an amazing place to visit and you will love it here!
There is great fishing in Horseshoe Bay! You can drop a line any number of places so please ask us for our favorite spots or you can book a guided fishing excursion with one of the local fishing companies.
You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina and boats and jet skis from Splash in Kingsland (they drop off and pick up) and we can help you find a private sunset cruise on Lake LBJ (day trips available too).
Fun things to do locally:
*Pickleball at Fresh Air And Food Park - family friendly, outdoor bar, food trucks, occasional live music (5 minute drive)
*Sips on Second - Speak Easy Bar (10 minute drive)
There are also many local day trips that are wonderful!
* Wine Tasting in Fredericksburg (one hour drive)
* Hiking in Enchanted Rock (one hour drive)
* Shopping, eating, and drinking in Downtown Marble Falls (10 minute drive)
* Tons of great Restaurants (we will be sending you a GREAT list once you book)

Guest Access
You will have access to the complete condo with exception of one owner's closet. You will also have access to the pool and hot tub area ... and a nice area near the marina with gas grills.
Interaction with Guests
We will be available by phone (call or text any time 24/7), and we live full time in Horseshoe Bay so we are available for anything you might need help with during your stay. We know the area very well and can answer any questions you have or even help you with the planning phase of your visit so please don't hesitate to ask.
The Neighborhood
Our condo is in the very best building in The Waters complex and located on the exclusive "Island Drive." Island Drive is gorgeous! And you will want to take your morning and evening walks there!

Free parking in your reserved spot in our covered parking garage.

NOTE: We also have another 1 bedroom Waters unit, a 2 bedroom townhouse across the street from the resort, and a 3 bedroom townhouse available (about a 30 second walk) so if you prefer more room or are traveling with a group we can help you with that as well. We network with other HSB owners too so if our unit is booked or you are traveling with a group let us know and we will help you get your trip all set up!
