Excellent location!! Located in the most desirable neighborhood in Coeur d'Alene, across from City Park and just a short walk to the City Beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort and Downtown. Excellent location for Ironman participants and fans as our home is located across from the park where the Ironman festivities take place. Beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 bath remodeled home located in one of the most desirable areas in Coeur d"Alene, the historic Fort Grounds, with completely remodeled main floor. (Sleeps 10-12) comfortably. Only 1 1/2 blocks to city park/beach and downtown activities. 3 stories w/ large upstairs bonus room and full basement. Living room, formal dining room, and eat in kitchen. New bamboo hardwood floors, new paint, new all-stainless steel kitchen appliances, walk-in shower on main floor and shower/tub combination with jacuzzi tub in basement. Covered front and enclosed back porch/mud room with gas BBQ grill and patio set for your backyard enjoyment. Wireless internet, cable TV, DVD and all the amenities of home. 2 parking spaces in driveway, 1 behind the house. and 2 parking permits for street parking and parking for boat in enclosed back yard. Walk to everything downtown. Stroll Sherman Avenue for great restaurants, bars, art galleries, unique boutiques and shopping. Make sure to visit some of our favorite shops, "All Things Irish", "Christmas at the Lake", "Figpickles Toy Store" for those unique souvenirs and gifts and stop by Hudson's, a Coeur d'Alene must, for award winning burgers. For those who love winter sports, our home is close to Schweitzer Basin, Silver Mountain and Lookout Pass ski resorts. During your stay enjoy the many indoor and outdoor activities Coeur d'Alene is known for events like Art on the Green, Taste of Coeur d'Alene, Car d'Lane, 4th of July fireworks over the lake, lake cruises/tours, parasailing, paddle boats, canoes, boat rentals, Christmas Parade and amazing Holiday Light Show. Visit Silverwood Theme Park & Boulder Beach Waterpark just a short drive north on Hwy 95. For all of you Ironman participants and fans this home is the IDEAL location for you. Just step out the front door and Ironman festivities are just a few steps away in the park across the street. Walk or bike the Centennial Trail just a few steps away. Great place to bring your family of all ages and enjoy year round. You will love it here, Many families have come to Coeur d'Alene on vacation and have fallen in love with our beautiful little town.
