About this house rental
Lake front home with a bright, open floor plan. Six bedrooms, four full baths on 3 levels. Perfect for a large family gathering. Deep water dock in place. Our boat is stored on the lift but renters boat can be tied to either side of dock. Fun family activities such as a pool table and kayaks available for use. Located in gated community with free access to fitness center, tennis courts, swimming pool and walking path. Reasonable dining minimum required by Keowee Key, can be used a the Club or Bistro, both 5 minute drive from house. Golf available for cart fee. Close to Seneca and Clemson SC.

We rented this lake house for five months while my husband needed to be in Seneca for work. Being on the lake, even during the winter months was amazing. The only thing worth noting is that the garbage is not included and needs to be taken off site to be disposed of. However, this is common for that area and isn’t hard to do. We loved our stay and highly recommend staying here!

Nice home and a pretty area. Steep walk from the lake. The facilities are very nice which includes a golf course, restaurants, gym and pools.

We were selling our house in another state to move closer to wife's family. We had to quickly find a property that was furnished, pet friendly, long term rental and had an area for my work from home office away from the living area. This property fit the requirements and the owners were great to work with. No issues at all the 8 months we rented the property. Highly recommend.
