Located along the breathtaking Amalfi Coast (exactly halfway between Sorrento and Positano, both about 4 miles away), our property is a bright and sunny four-story villa carved into the ancient stone of a magnificent seaside cliff, sheer above the sea. The property's amazing panorama of the sea and the small Li Galli islands (legendary home of Mermaids) will leave you with visions you will never forget.

The main Villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (plus 2 half baths) and can accommodate up to 8 people (2 extra sofa-beds are available at small extra charge).
A detached Cottage/Annex features 1 double bedroom (and 1 double sofa-bed) and a rooftop Hot-Tub. It can accommodate additional 2 + 2 people (This is available at extra charge. Please ask for more details and pictures).

When you are into the Villa you’ll forget anything and you’ll have the sensation to be in a dream world. But, at the same time, you are in the heart of the Amalfi Coast (few minutes away from all the major tourist attractions).

The Villa has four stories and is surrounded by 350 metres of private tropical gardens (overlooking the sea) which extend throughout the whole property. Because it is built along the side of a mountain into the rock, you can choose a variety of different 'platforms' from which to look out at the Sea and where the only voice you will hear is that of the waves.
Richly colored bougainvilleas and sculptural agaves lend an additional air of romance to the Villa’s elongated pathways and garden.

Fully equipped with modern amenities, including 2 gourmet kitchens indoor and out, as well as a sauna, private swimming pool, gym area, terraced bar area, hydro-therapy pool, outdoor wood stove, WOOD PIZZA OVEN, WiFi internet connection and more, the Villa also maintains an intimate and magical feeling that will surpass all expectations.

You will reach the Villa from the main entrance of the building along about 60-meters (200-feet) private walkway that includes approximately 75 gradual steps. An ingenious cable car transports your luggage to the front door of the villa, leaving you free to admire the view as you approach.

GROUND FLOOR
Large living-room with dining area and fireplace, internal kitchen (fully-equipped with a gas cooker, an oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, American Coffee Maker, Italian Coffee Machine, toaster, etc.), Library/Studio with 1 single sofa-bed, bathroom with WC. From each room really you will see the sea everywhere!

From the living room you enter out onto the terrace, with its own al fresco dining area, a sofa, an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue, a wood-burning Pizza oven, a wood cooking stove and a gas cook stove with kitchen utensils.

The laundry has a washing machine, an ironing set, large basin and an half/bathroom.

Further on the ground floor, you will find the private pool 3 meters (10 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) deep with hydro massage surrounded by two solarium areas. They are equipped with deck chairs, external shower, lounge area with al fresco table and chairs in the shade of palm leaves gazebo.

There is also a BAR built in a cave with palm leaves gazebo, chairs, tables, refrigerator/freezer, HiFi, small wine cellar carved into the rock.

After the Grotto-bar, you find a small properly equipped Gym area (always carved into the rock).

Finally you can get to the "Contemplation Spot”), a relaxing space with a sofa bed, infinity shower and a mini-fridge.

DOWNSTAIRS
From the main hall down a staircase of about 10 steps you reach the lower floor consisting of 1 bedroom with two single beds ( the beds can be set like one double 160 cm wide), independent air conditioning, bathroom with WC, washbasin and fully enclosed shower, panoramic windows; 1 double bedroom, fireplace, independent air conditioning, bathroom with large shower, windows with view of the sea.

UPSTAIRS
From the main hall up a staircase of about 10 steps you access the upper floor consisting of a living room with two single sofa beds, an office with wireless ADSL connection, independent air conditioning and a large window overlooking the sea; 1 bathroom with shower and windows overlooking the sea; terrace with a panoramic view; 1 air conditioned double bedroom, large sliding-glass window overlooking the sea.

SKY Bedroom
From the living room of the upper floor, through a spiral staircase you enter the 'Sky Bedroom'– which consists of a double bedroom, independent air conditioning, sliding-glass windows that offer 180° Sea View, sauna, shower and toilet carved into the rock; solarium terrace overlooking the Mediterranean.

ORGANIC VEGETABLE GARDEN
The characteristic organic vegetable garden is available for guests to taste typical products from a land rich in agricultural excellence. You can pick tomatoes, eggplants, zucchini, peppers, salad, potatoes, etc. from the garden and enjoy cooking them in the villa’s indoor kitchen or outdoor wood burning oven, overlooking the sea.
Finally, a vintage chicken shed complete with chickens will ensure that you have fresh eggs every day for your breakfast!

Sea & Sky Cottage/Annex : For bigger groups of 8 or more people, the villa also has a 50 square meters Cottage/Annex with: private outdoor area with panoramic sea view; barbecue. Living room (with large French windows that give a spectacular sea view) with 1 double sofa bed; fireplace; dining table; independent Air Conditioning. Kitchen equipped with gas stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave oven. Small Laundry with washing machine and washbasin. 1 double bedroom (with hand-painted decorations of Vietri) with sea view from the bed; Satellite LCD TV; DVD player; independent Air Conditioning. 1 en-suite bathroom (with hand-painted decorations of Vietri) with a large shower.
