Construction Notice: May–Aug 2026 (Peak noise May–mid June)
Garage roof repairs and landscaping works will run from early May to mid August 2026. The most disruptive construction (demolition and concrete work) is expected during May to mid-June, with lighter works continuing afterward. Private hot tubs, patios, and visitor parking will be unavailable during this period.

This single-level townhome boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. A common balcony features the unit's private hot tub and small patio area with BBQ. Nestled in a forested setting guests can enjoy beautiful mountain views.

The living area with a pull-out sofa bed is centered on a cozy gas fireplace overlooking a beautifully updated kitchen and dining area. In-suite laundry helps round out this perfect mountain retreat.

Please note guests will have to go up two flights of stairs from the parking garage to access the unit. There are available loading and unloading stalls, 10 steps of stairs, from the unit.

The complex is beautifully secluded and engulfed with forest views. The ski slopes are just a 2 minute saunter away. The free no.5 shuttle stops right outside the complex which allows you to venture to the village center with ease in just a matter of minutes.

⌂ Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The 5th & 6th adults pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.

Place was nice, clean and very convenient location. There wasn't enough snow on the lower mountain to do ski in ski out but the proximity to the free shuttle made that a non issue.

This property was very well maintained. The private hot tub was a huge bonus and utilized every night. The proximity to Blackcomb mountain and the shuttle to the Village Centre and Upper Village were really convenient. We didn’t move our car for 4 days. The Bose speaker was also a welcome surprise as I brought a small personal speaker we didn’t end up needing. Storage was a little bit tight but not enough of a hindrance to affect the five star rating. My family and I would definitely stay again if in the area.

We stayed here a couple years ago and noticed the mattresses in the second bedroom are very hard. They are still the same. I can almost sleep anywhere but not on these. The main bedroom was fineWhat we did hear this time was the second security gate every time it goes up and down you can hear it quite loudly as it’s right underneath the unit.Other than that it’s a very nice well equipped place. Nice large hot tub on the patio looking out over the gardens too!Easy downhill walk into town or take free shuttle bus which runs frequently.

The location is good. You are outside of the Village (which can be very noisy and busy), but close enough to walk to it and enjoy it. The one downside of this place is that you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing. And we happen to have very active (marching around at all hours of the evening, night, and morning) neighbors on both sides. Also, would be super useful to have an ironing board to go with the iron.
