About this house rental
Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is family and group friendly. Upon entry, you'll first notice our spacious screened-in porch, equipped with remote control string lights that set the perfect stage for a relaxing evening with family and friends.
Inside, the house features two separate living areas, one lounge friendly TV/game room and another sitting area off the dining room with a queen sofa sleeper. No matter what size group you're traveling with, everyone will have a comfortable space to gather and unwind.
The kitchen has been newly renovated and features all brand new, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is a full-functioning space and includes any cooking tools you may need, as well as a large set of dinnerware (and kids' dinnerware too!). Enjoy your morning coffee at our breakfast nook or spread out for a meal at our large dining room table.
Bedroom 1 has a lovely view of the backyard and screened-in porch and has a comfortable queen size bed.
Bedroom 2 is light and bright and also has a queen size bed.
Bedroom 3 is very cozy and has two twin beds and a desk space, perfect for getting ready or getting some work done.
Should you need them, bedrooms 1 and 2 have extra comforters in the closets.
As previously mentioned, the front living room has a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper with sheets, blankets and pillows in the wicker trunk. We also have a pack-n-play for the kids!
Our home has a large backyard, with idyllic views and plenty of space for kids to run around and play. You'll enjoy a retreat-like setting while being only minutes from Nashville's best restaurants, shops and sights!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. House could use some changes as far as seating. Would have been more convenient for the tv to be in the living room where there is more seating. Needs some upkeep done to the house.

We are local to Nashville and stayed at the property between selling our old house and moving into our new house. The location was great, the property was as described and Stuart was easy to reach with the few questions that came up over our 11 day stay. Would recommend the house to out of town friends.
