- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
Check in time will be at 4pm, check out time will be at 10am. All other arrangements to check in early or late check out, must be arranged with the resort directly, after we have confirmed your room.
When Checking In: A photo identification, credit card for a $100 refundable security deposit. Deposit is for incidentals only and will be refunded at check in, provided there are no charges you incurred during your stay.
ADDITIONAL FEE S DUE AT CHECK IN: $15 per day resort fee.
Resort Fee Includes: Wi-Fi, local calls, and use of the pool area.

I enjoyed my stay but be aware that none of the studios at Turtle Cay have balconies. One of the pictures shows a balcony view. I actually asked the listing agent if I could choose a balcony facing the pool. The agent said that those can only be arranged at checkin. At checkin I was told that none of the studios have balconies.
