Unparalleled oceanfront views! Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or tea, while watching the majestic sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from this perfectly situated condo--an experience that cannot be matched! This wonderful unit is located in the exclusive Ocean Club Community in Wild Dunes Resort. There are very few condominiums on the Isle of Palms equaling the proximity to the ocean and breathtaking views offered here at 1302 Ocean Club.
The spacious living areas are comfortable, cozy, and quiet with nearly floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the spectacular view. The spacious balcony allows for perfect al fresco dining or afternoon cocktails while enjoying the Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, two of the three bedrooms share this amazing ocean front view! All three bedrooms enjoy en suite bathrooms for full privacy, and there’s a half bath as well, perfect for visitors to the condo! There are two master suites, each with king beds and direct access to oceanfront decks. You might even see the shrimp trawlers along the coastline during the morning sunrise, glimpse passing dolphins, or exciting kiteboarders on the waves! The third bedroom has two twin beds, along with its private bathroom.
After spending time at the beach, enjoy the amenity of the swim center at Ocean Club Villas, with a new large pool and separate hot tub. It is easily the nicest pool complex on Isle of Palms! Grills are also available close to the pool in case you wanted to grill fish following a charter fishing expedition. The Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is only a long par five from Ocean Club Villa. Huey’s Restaurant is an excellent dining choice, that shares the Links Golf Course Club House.
Getting to the beach or the pool at Ocean Club is easy. This condo is located with easy access to the elevator (perfect for all ages) and stairs. The ocean is only steps away from our condo for making the most of your beach fun time!

We spent 3 nights over Thanksgiving and had a great expierience. One night we had some local friends over and had plenty of room with the large porch and living/dining areas. The bedrooms were all comfy and we had plenty of room in the bathrooms. The unit was very clean and there wasn't anyting we needed to contact management about, so that made the stay even easier. The view down the shore was beautiful and unobstructed. Thank you, we'll be back!

The first thing you see is the sea. It is truly magnificent! The description of the sofa is correct, but the rest of the furnishings are fine. The need for some serious updates in general is also true. I was shocked to discover only one each bath towel and one each wash cloth for me and my husband for a week and one bath mat. I was told by the representative that "that's why we have the washer and dryer in the unit so we can wash the laundry as necessary." The screen was off the slider in the master bedroom and I noticed the little flakes of paper and debris all over the porch. The representative told me that housekeeping does not do any cleaning on the outside of the condo, not even vacuuming the porch. All my requests for repairs and more towels were addressed, but one. The shower curtain liner in the second master was covered with mildew. This is a cheap replacement at Target or Walmart, but was not important enough to be taken care of by the management company. I spoke with Anna who sent me to Anya, the property manager. I followed up with a text request and another phone call to Anya, but the mildewed liner remains. Beware! You will note, too, that the toaster oven works when plugged in and in order to turn it off you must unplug it. The toaster is great, but the left knob is broken. A suggestion for the owners is to replace the stemmed glassware with either shorter stems or just the ones that are there. I poured a glass of wine for me and my husband in the beautiful stemmed glasses, but as I raised the glass to my lips I could see the residue of backwash around the top of the glass. It was the same with my husband's glass. I know now that the person who did this was just to lazy to wash the glasses by hand. They do not fit in the dishwasher on the second shelf even if you lower it to the lowest height and remove the very top rack. The glasses are too tall. I did not want to take a chance of breaking them in the bottom rack.
