Ocean views from front and back balconies in this modern, fully furnished 2 bedroom + 3 full bath + 1 office condo. This secure quiet building is situated across the street from the beach, 3 blocks south of the Venice Pier. Master suite features a king bed with walk-in closet, fireplace, balcony, dual sinks w/ shower and tub. BR2 has private hallway and full bath, king bed with shared balcony. BR3 is configured as a home office. Parking, Parking, Parking… 3 dedicated parking spots await in the underground garage (building also has 3 secure guest spots; impossible to find!). The unit features dual zone A/C and heat with endless storage and closet space. 3 blocks to restaurants, Venice Beach, coffee shops and retail. Close to Abbot Kinney, Mother's Beach and Canals.

Loved staying at this place, Brian was super helpful and very quick to respond when I had a question about the building. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay close to the beach / restaurants / bars and would stay there again on my next visit.
