The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bed and full bathroom. The laundry room is located on the second floor. There are balconies on each level, a backyard patio on the first floor, terrace on second and third floors and a roof top terrace on the fourth floor with views to a pond and the pool/tennis court area. The first floor is an open floor plan with kitchen, dining room that seats 6 and a piano, living room and family room. Double doors surrounded by sizable windows allow for expansive views of the greenery of the back patio and relaxing breezes. The owner worked very well with communication I was able to get in easily it’s a gated community which was awesome it’s not an updated home but still nice! It was clean and a gorgeous set up it has s leak from an ac and was hot in the living area but no other problems. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay longer if i could and stay again!

Place was way more spacious than we thought, everything was really clean when we got there we were a little sketch out about booking this property because of pass reviews but I’m glad we ended up getting it.
Only thing I say was a little not it is that the air units leak water if you leave them on at night but it wasn’t that much of a big deal for us, aside from that we left the place how we got it. The neighbor to the left was really lovely and sweet we chat a few times and made our experience even better. The security guy “malecio” believe was his name was very helpful and friendly!. Will book next time we come to PR!
