Located in Geneva's historic district, Park House Geneva is a unique property that features 4 handsomely appointed one-bedroom suites with full kitchens. Built in 1825 and now fully renovated, Park House is just a few blocks walk to Hobart and William Smith Colleges, the restaurants and shops of downtown Geneva, and the picturesque shores of Seneca Lake. While each suite is different, all offer an inviting combination of charm, comfort and convenience.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy flat. We were within walking distance to downtown Geneva and the historic Smith theater. This is a perfect spot to stay for a Seneca Lake weekend!

Anne and Jerry were wonderful hosts, and the property was exactly as advertised! The furnishings were perfect and met our needs in terms of comfort and functionality. The suite is the perfect “jumping off point” for a walk downtown or to explore neighboring lakes and towns. Anne was very responsive and helped us to find a perfect lunch spot after a day of hiking in Watkins Glen State Park. We would definitely stay here again!
