1303 Beach Retreat is a spacious, fully fenced coastal getaway just a one-minute walk from public beach access in Ocean Park. This unique property includes two well-maintained homes connected by a breezeway, making it ideal for large families, group retreats, or multi-family stays.
Guests enjoy a comfortable layout with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, two stocked kitchens, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. The game room features a pool table, ping pong, arcade games, and an Xbox, while the large fenced yard includes a fire pit, propane grill, and plenty of room for kids and dogs to play.
The home is within walking distance of the beach, local shops, and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the coast without long drives. Guests consistently praise the clean, well-stocked kitchens, comfortable beds, spacious layout for groups, and the variety of games and activities for all ages.
If you need room for up to 18 people, you may also consider booking The Bungalows #1, #2, and #3, conveniently located right across the street. Bloomer Estates manages all four homes and can assist with large group reservations in a single call.

The location is great! Fenced in yard was very appreciated. So many details were well thought out. We stayed with our grandkids and there was so much for them to do. The house is very old and so beautiful, very taken care of and in good condition. Check in and check out process is so easy to use. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back. One think to note is we had trouble finding restaurants open for supper that were family friendly and not too expensive so we ending up cooking a quick dinner on the grill both nights. The location is easy walking distance to several stores. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night so maybe there are more open on the weekends. Thank you!

The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the beach. They also had everything we needed for a great gathering. The kitchens were fully stocked, there were several activities to keep us entertained, and the dogs were well taken care of

My family & I have been staying in your wonderful rentals every year for six maybe seven years now. We love your gorgeous houses. Kids & us adults loved the arcade you added! Fun! And thank you so much fo the gate you added to the porch! It was so much easier packing our stuff and I’m keeping the dogs from running off with that nice gate! So pleased! I have only one suggestion at this time. Some kind of shelves or extra counter space to put all our food. Etc. thank you! See ya next year or maybe sooner ...ps so convienient to restaurants & store.
