The Eagle's Roost is located on a limestone bluff approximately 300 FT above the beautiful White River with absolutely amazing views. The name for this vacation house was chosen due to the large number of Bald Eagles that frequent the immediate area around the house during the mating season. They circle and frequently roost on dead tree snags on the property.

The house is perfect for your private getaway, gracious wedding, honeymoon, or family vacation. The large 'family room' provides entertainment with a wet bar, foosball, and pool table topped with an amazing view of the valley from the second floor.

The Eagle's Roost is ideal for your family reunion! Regardless of all the great amenities the reason you will love the Roost is THE VIEW...JUST AMAZING..THE SUNSETS UNBELIEVABLE.and the privacy...no interruptions by the jangling of a telephone.;.our cabins and vacation homes do not have them. This property is fantastic. Everything is exactly as pictured but the pictures does it no justice. Absolutely gorgeous. The views are stunning and such a peaceful stay. The check in and out process was simple and the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. We had so many things planned but really could have had a great time just lounging around the cabin.

The house is great, nice, spacious, and you can't beat the views, simply amazing. The host was responsive and easy to work with. The reason for the rating of the 3 is a few things and in no particular order they are as follows. The water pressure is poor and frankly makes showing miserable, also the water is extremely chlorinated, hard to drink or even brush your teeth without tasting it. The grill is tiny, the house is 5 bedrooms for 10 people and the grill isn't, in addition to that the kitchen is barely stocked, no big pots or pans, we had to cook using several small skillets that took a LOT of time and cleaning. Finally although the do inform you there are no spices, nothing but pots and pans that is extremely accurate, there is nothing to aid in cooking, we have to buy everything, salt, pepper, foil, cooking oil, etc....I say all this to say there was 6 of us and our plan was to relax in the house and enjoy the space, it was costly to purchase all the basics and then not even have the kitchen equipment to efficiently cook, we never even used the grill, I don't think the grill surface was more than 12x12". We book a place like this to not have to worry about bringing our own cooking stuff, that's a perk of a furnished place, this could definitely use an upgrade and make it a better stay. Not sure what could be done about the water issue. Thanks for letting us stay!

The property is wonderful. Great views off the back deck, a nice hot tub, and lots of room inside. We appreciated the mini fridge upstairs for storing our excess beverages. I had a very easy time communicating with the host. We had no issues come up during our stay.

We enjoyed our trip. The house was perfect for our stay. The owner replied with an answer to every question very quickly. Parking was an issue with us because we had 2 trucks and 2 big motorcycle trailers and 6 motorcycles. She had us park a truck and trailer in another location close by. Garage was perfect size for the bikes. Thanks for a great trip.

The view is absolutely stunning! The house is much, much bigger than we thought. The hot tub was great and view from the hot tub was perfect. There is yard space to play yard games and plenty of room for all 7 of us to eat together and play games. My only complaints would be that some of the bed weren’t as large as we thought. My son is 6’3 and they found their bed to be smaller feeling than their queen at home. He felt it was more of a double bed than a queen. . Overall the stay was fabulous and I would stay again!

Our family enjoyed nestling into the hills of Arkansas while relaxing in the beautiful Eagles Roost property. The home was exactly as described in listing. We had lots of room to spread out and appreciated the beautiful views of the lush hills and those canoeing & fishing on the White River bellow us. The deck is located on west side of house and would be fabulous to enjoy a fresh cup of java on a cool Fall morning. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings on the deck without disturbing those sleeping in. It was very warm while visiting so we didn't use the hot tub. Due to COVID many properties have reduced the amenities they keep on hand so that's something to remember in your travels and the only reason I took off a star. We left a package of coffee filters to share. Eureka Springs is definitely worth the 10-15 minute drive and we enjoyed boating on Beaver Lake. Carla was wonderful to work with and we have already told friends and family about the property for their future travels. Definitely plan some fun activities while there, canoeing, boating, camping, hiking, shopping, winery, Crescent Hotel ghost tours, Outdoor Passion Play, Thorncrown Chapel....lots of fun things to do!! We love the beauty and hospitality of Arkansas!!

The Eagles Nest was amazing. We had beautiful views of the river valley and the game room/bar area was a blast.

There were 8 women who shared this house and there was more than enough room. This property is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. I only have 4 stars on the accuracy of the description because the location was incorrect when booking it. The views are incredible and the house is maintained very well. The only improvements that I would recommend is better lighting, especially in the bathrooms, and a few more utensils. Carla was wonderful to work with and we wii I updated definitely come back!
