Welcome to Seachase W602 - New windows and sliding glass doors! New roller shades have been installed! This is a beautiful 6th floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 7 people. This is the best floor plan on the beach with 60 feet of floor to ceiling glass spanning the entire condo. This unit has a split floor plan and both bedrooms are gulf front with sliding glass doors. The balcony can be accessed from the living room. You will love the the views of the gulf and white sand beach from this floor height!

This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park.

If you like to cook at home, you will enjoy staying in at W602. It has a beautiful kitchen with white cabinets and granite countertops. It is a fully stocked kitchen and has everything you need plus the view of the gulf. Yes, you can see the stunning emerald water even from the kitchen! The large dining room table seats 6 and 3 more can sit at the bar. When it is time to come inside and cool off or just relax in the evening, you will be very comfortable in the 2 leather recliners. There is a commercial grade, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room as well. This unit has tile floors throughout.

If you are tired of staying in big high-rise complexes with crowded beaches, look no further. Seachase is a mid-rise complex. There are 8 floors and only 64 units between the 2 towers, so there is plenty of beach front for everyone to have a front row seat. We provide 4 beach chairs with sunshades in the unit for our guests to take to the beach at your leisure.

Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.

*Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
*A maximum of 2 well-trained dogs are allowed. No weight restrictions, but no aggressive breeds.

Our host, Corri, was very welcoming and the amenities were in good condition. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room was spectacular! December is quiet on Panama Beach which was fine.Towns along 30A were only 15 to 20 minutes away and there was enough activity there to keep us busy.

We enjoyed our stay and our family visit. The location is great, close to Pier Park, restaurants and stores. The property is exactly according to photos and the listing. Loved that both bedrooms had ocean views!
